When we got over to the restaurant, Mac had secretly arranged for Cortlyn to help start the fireworks show "for Mickey", explaining that her big sister was asked by them to do it 2 years ago when we were there (that time, without us knowing)...When the waitress came up to tell her, Cortlyn couldn't believe it. She then led the girls from our table, down the stairs to the water-front, handed Cortlyn Mickey's "magic wand", explained what she had to do, and she went with it--Everywhere Cortlyn pointed her wand, fireworks would go off. =) She was so proud and even let Maya help out a little bit. What fun!
After dinner, we came across a traveling chorus (they were wearing shirts with the name of their group on the front). Mac jokingly asked them to sing us a song and, sure enough, they did!--Right there, in front of everyone leaving the park, they stopped, formed a semi-circle around us, and sang us a song...I've included one picture of it here, but wish I had more to show. It was such an amazing way to wrap up the evening. =)
