April 30th, we were at the mall and, out of no where, Cortlyn tells me she wants to get her ears pierced! She was so brave walking in there, and while they were prepping for it. She was so serious about doing it, but I think for a few minutes afterwards, she was wishing she hadn't (that picture of her crying still BREAKS my heart--I felt SO guilty when she started crying, but I had to keep reminding myself this was HER idea--and, thankfully, within 5 minutes she was totally fine!).--BIG GIRL! =)
